Johann's in Nidda

Should actually be a nice meal at Johann's but unfortunately you sit here with the all-inclusive hotel guests. We had loud drunken neighbors who were Russian? spoke, even across two rows of tables. That’s it with eating comfortably. Normally there should have been a dessert and espresso but we would have preferred to have escaped from the main course (winter cod and rack of lamb a little too tight). Food was good, but the greeting from the kitchen consisted of two varieties of baguette with ??, well olive oil and salt were on the table. The staff very friendly and attentive. We were very disappointed as it is a dining room and not a restaurant

Five of us had a wonderful meal - from beef to chicken and fish all the food was really outstanding. For a small place like this a culinary experience. Highly recommended and the prices vary from cheap to expensive, so there is something for every budget!

We (the couple) had reserved a table at 6 p.m. We were on time. The drinks lasted a little longer than usual. Greetings from the kitchen various breads with olive oil and salt (no spread). Quite a long wait for the food. The food (rack of lamb and Argentinian steak both fried too long and lukewarm.) The waitress reassured us that a wedding would take place in the hall, which is why it took longer. Due to our complaint, there was no response at all. We are both active in the catering trade and would have expected at least an apology. We are disappointed and will not recommend this facility. Too bad !!!
